Good afternoon, I just wanted to say thankyou for your excellent customer service regarding the above order. The lady I spoke to initially when enquiring about the product was most helpful and phoned me back very quickly with an answer to my query. I then went ahead and placed the order via your website and the pump arrived very promptly this morning. An exact match for an old TDA35 which had seized and successfully fitted and up and running again this afternoon. It's all too easy to complain when things don't go right, but often it's overlooked when they do, so thankyou very much once again and I will definitely use your company should I need any further parts in the future.
