When you shop with us we want you to have the peace of mind that you're getting the best value for money. We try to check our prices regularly against other retailers because we are committed to offering, not only the best range of spa parts and the highest level of customer service, but also some of the best prices too.

So our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors then we’ll match that price.

HOW TO CLAIM:

Simply email info@justspaparts.co.uk with the following details:

The product (including MPN, make, model, etc)
The retailer (including their web address)
The price inc VAT (& including the cost of delivery)
The best telephone number/email for us to reach you on

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a response to your claim, and if we find that the item is indeed cheaper (and in stock) elsewhere we’ll give you a call to take your order.

Terms & Conditions

The product in question must be of identical specification and offered on the same terms.
The product must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment
The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery by one of our competitors. Delivery costs, postage and packaging costs and VAT must be included in the price.
We must also have the product in question in stock.
This Price Promise is applicable in respect of any of our UK mainland based competitors.
Gift vouchers are exempt.
This Price Promise is not available in respect of auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
All Price Promise transactions are carried out at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time
